Crises: Moral or Intellectual?

It is the strangest thing but so prevalent. People find a later appearing thing as a cause for a long-prevailing problem. For instance, earlier they blamed books and films for moral turpitudes. Now they have got internet and mobile.

वामपंथ के इतिहास से सीख

हालाँकि यह किसी भी क्रांतियोजना के लिए सही है, जैसा कि वामपंथ के साथ था। वे पंथ की विफलता का कारण रास्ते पर सही ढंग से नहीं चलना बताते थे। उनके अनुसार उनकी योजना पूर्णतया त्रुटिहीन और वैज्ञानिक थी और उसकी क्रियाशील स्थिति के संकट लोगों में व्याप्त अनैतिकता के कारण थी। इसे स्वयं वे वामवाद कहते थे, और उनके लिए इसका उपचार लोगों के साथ क्रूरता थी। प्रश्न यह है कि उन्होंने मानवों की मानसिकता, जो किसी मानवीय व्यवस्था का आधार है, को सही तरीके से दृष्टिगत क्यों नहीं किया? यह निश्चित रूप से उनके दावे के विपरीत उनकी योजना में वैज्ञानिकता का अभाव था।

 
बुद्धिमत्ता इसी में है कि जीने को निष्कंटक और सहज बनाने के लिए प्रयास होते रहने चाहिए। इसीसे सकारात्मक परिवर्तन आता है। आमूलचूल बदलाव के द्वारा समस्याओं का पूर्णरूपेण निदान एक भुलावा है, जो ऐतिहासिक विवरणों से स्पष्ट है कि उनमें से कई भारी आपदाकारी रहे हैं। यह अलग तथ्य है कि इतिहासकार उन सभी घटनाक्रमों का महिमामंडन करते हैं। जो चल रहा है, उसमें कैसे सुधार हो? इसके लिए बिना किसी के जीवन में विघ्न डाले विज्ञान तथा प्रौद्योगिकी के माध्यम से ज्यादा प्रभावकारी परिवर्तन लाये जा सकते हैं।

फ़साने-तमाशों के 

वे खरीदते हैं 

खून-पसीने की कमाई से 

आभासी उपलब्धियाँ और गौरव 

उनका अपना  कुछ नहीं होता

International Competitiveness

National power, wealth, and prestige form a composite, which, by and large, leads to general wellness. The composite is not a standalone phenomenon, but only a relative one internationally. It is the edge over the rest, that matters. Public intellectuals must identify and spread awareness about the policies and practices which boost national competitiveness. The base of such a competitive state is our share in the global GDP par with the percentage of our numbers in the world population, which are 7.86 (PPP) and 17.76 respectively. The gap must be covered as fast as possible.
