Business Leadership

A new kind of business leadership is in the offing. Generally, business leadership may mean leading a business enterprise, but what can be seen in a very embryonic stage is that businesspeople speak for the public good. In the most likelihood, they would be in the public leadership role like elites in other walks of life. This is the rise of the new India, which is moving away from the slavish mentality instilled by a very prolonged period of subjugation. During the alien regimes, the Indian society lost much of its vitality and positivity, and now India is on the path of redeeming itself. The redeeming process however needs a lot of vetting, institution building and structuration. The intellectual leadership must reinvent their role to the spirit of the new era of India being itself and in ascendance.
