Wars: Epistemological and Physical

The colonial epistemology created demeaning, divisive, and distorted representations of the Indic people. One of their epistemological tactics was to castigate or deny what was good and magnify or invent what could harm the long-term standing of the colonised India. Western metropoles continue their endeavours to maintain their global hegemony and privileges, and their epistemology remains weaponised. They are now confronted by other civilizational forces seeking global domination. The West defeated the earlier challenge posed by the Slavs armed with Bolshevism.  The new challengers pose their opposition to the West as an apology for ideology but rely primarily on the economic scales, technology and open predation for their goal. 

India in this context is working to meet both global epistemological and physical challenges. We need to consolidate our efforts for an effective epistemological strategy and devise a winning economic model.

सम्बोधन का स्वरूप

यदि कोई व्यक्ति निश्चित वर्ग या व्यक्तिगत रूप से ज्ञात लोगों को संबोधित नहीं कर रहा है तो भाषा का तथ्यपरक, तार्किक, स्पष्ट, सटीक, और सपाट होना अभीष्ट है। व्यंग्य और वक्रोक्ति परिहार्य हैं। संबोधन सार्थक और प्रभावी हो; दोनों पक्षों को सम्बोधन का निहितार्थ ज्ञात होने की आवश्यकताएँ  नितांत हैं।

Quality Capital

 Capital is the lifeblood of an economy. Thin and free-flowing, it circulates better and nourishes better. The best capital, its finest quality, comes from private enterprising individuals. The money earned from entrepreneurship makes the best quality capital. This is the capital which translates into national strength and general well-being.

On Neoliberalism Again

The joining years of the twentieth and the twenty-first centuries were the finest years in the history of humanity. The world was integrating and people, in general, were prospering. People had better ease of life and livelihood. More and more people could relish facilities like dining out, driving long, and flying, a preserve of the rich only earlier. The so-called poor were feeding themselves better and had access to better things which make living worthwhile. More pertinently, everyone had got clarity about the means of moving ahead, and a fair number of examples before them. The humanity momentum, which was bringing forth this, was designated as neoliberalism. Indeed, it was the revival of the suppressed wisdom of humanity gained over the millennia-old struggle for the common good. Let me clarify this, neoliberalism is not primarily an ideological construct, it is a common and reasoned thought for living better, peacefully and harmoniously, which wise and concerned persons vent through different theoretical formulations.

This state of affairs was not to the liking of everyone. The entrenched forces rallied to crush the trend. They have succeeded but gains are not lost wholly. The underclass needs to see the reason and voice their understanding. They need LPG to use it. Burning eyes: I think, one should not forget the suffering endured since the invention of cooking.

Neoliberalism

They were ever hateful of neoliberalism but rallied to crush it seeing its outcome. They have succeeded but gains are not lost wholly. The underclass needs to see the reason and voice their understanding.

अहमियत और आदमियत को

दोस्त हैं और दुश्मन भी 
एक दूसरे को मिटाने में लगे 
मिटने पर दूसरे के 
खुद भी सिमटने लगते हैं 

नहीं होना 

होने को नकारता है 
होना नहीं होने को 
अनुचित हैं दोनों ही 
एक दूसरे पर सवाल उठाते दोनों 

इनके बीच की उलझन 
नियति है जीवन की  
इसको स्वीकार कर 
तलाश लेता है बीच का रास्ता

जन और शिक्षार्थियों के लिए एआई (कृत्रिम बुद्धि)

यह शिक्षाशास्त्र पर निर्भर करता है कि विद्यार्थियों को एआई की सवारी करने के लिए तैयार करे या उन्हें इसके द्वारा कुचले जाने के लिए छोड़ दे। पाठ्यचर्या निर्माण और विद्यालय नियंत्रणक अभिकरणों  और विभागों, और विद्यालयों को विशेष रूप से, तेजी से कार्य करना होगा उन विद्यार्थियों के लिए जिनके लिए वे जिम्मेदार हैं। आज की दुनिया में प्रारंभिक शुरुआत और सोद्देश्य सक्रियता विजेताओं और हारने वालों के बीच तीव्र विभाजन को निर्धारित करता है। एआई बहुत शक्तिशाली मस्तिष्क उपकरणों  को उपलब्ध कराता है और व्यक्ति की क्षमताओं को कई गुना बढ़ा देता है। मुद्दा यह है कि  शिक्षाशास्त्र को एआई के सीखने और सीखने के यंत्र एक रूप में तेजी से समाहित करना होगा।

किसी भी नागरिक को अपने धारणात्मक स्वामी होने में से अधिक वास्तविक स्वामी  होने के लिए अपेक्षाकृत एक मुक्त बाजार और उच्च आय की भी आवश्यकता होती है। अपेक्षाकृत पूर्ण नागरिकता के साथ, वे नए अवसरों का लाभ उठाने और चुनौतियों का सामना करने में अधिक सक्षम होंगे। तथ्य, या देखी गई प्रवृत्ति, यह है कि बाजार नई चीजों को लेकर  तेजी से  सक्रियित होता है और उन्हें सस्ती और व्यापक रूप से सुलभ बनाता है, जो कि वह  वैसे भी किसी भी चीज के संबंध में करते है। मोबाइल टेलीफोनी एक उदाहरण है।

Harnessing AI for Pupils and Publics

Today, it depends on pedagogy to prepare pupils to ride the AI or leave them to get run over by it. The curricula formulating and school controlling agencies and departments, and schools, in particular, must act fast if they care for the pupils they are responsible for. In today's world, an early start and being proactive determines the sharp divide between the winners and the losers. AI makes very powerful brain tools and increases a person's capabilities manifold. The point is a faster assimilation of AI as learning and for learning in pedagogy.

Any citizenry also needs a freer market and higher incomes for being more real out of their being notional masters. With fulsome citizenship, they would be more capable of harnessing new opportunities and meeting challenges. The fact, or the observed trend, is that the market responds faster to new things and makes them affordable and widely accessible, which they do with respect to anything anyway. Mobile telephony is an example.

ज्ञान सृजन

ज्ञान सृजन प्रधानतया संस्थामूलक तथा प्रणालीगत प्रक्रिया है। यहाँ ज्ञान सृजन से अभिप्राय लोकहितैषी सूत्रों की खोज, परख, उन्नयन, एवं क्रियान्वयन से है। लोकरक्षा और हितसाधन हेतु प्रभावी ज्ञान अनायास, संयोग, अथवा मात्र चिंतन से प्राप्त करना संभव नहीं है। यह संसाधनों से युक्त संस्थाओं में स्थित कल्पनाशील, मेधावी, कर्मठ, तथा निष्ठ व्यक्तियों के नेतृत्व में सतत क्रियाशील प्रक्रिया से ही प्राप्त हो सकता है। सूत्रों को निकालना, जोड़ना, उन्हें आगे बढ़ाना और उपयोगयोग्य बनाना संकेंद्रित और दीर्घकालीक उपक्रम है। 

अभी हम आयातित पुर्जों का मात्र समधान (assemling of outsourced components) अथवा बाहर से खरीदे मशीनों का उपयोग कर रहे है। यह काम तो करता है लेकिन वाह्य उपकरण होने के नाते पूरी तरह से हमारे अनुकूल नहीं होता है और हम उनसे पीछे रह जाते हैं जिनपर हम निर्भर होते हैं।  यहाँ मैं ज्ञान सृजन की ही बात कर रहा हूँ । 

संस्थानों को लोगों की परिस्थितियों,आशा-आकांकक्षाओं तथा तकलीफों-परेशानियों को समझ कर ज्ञान को नए सिरे से गढ़ना होगा। यह ध्येयानुसार सुगठित संस्थानों द्वारा संभाव होगा।  यह जन, जनपद और राष्ट्र को अग्रणी बनाने के लिए आवश्यक है।

Being Subjects or Citizens

Civil and democratic culture radiates in the mutual recognition and respect among fellows in any setting. Its absence confirms that we have failed to overcome our slavish past under alien imperial rule or ideology. If people tend to denigrate the people with whom they live or interact daily, or they fail to value their own vocations or lack dedication to their work speak of their slavish mentality, and they need to upgrade themselves to citizens.

National democracy, to me, should be seen as a continuous discourse on what is in the best interest of the nation, an individual, communities, and humanity; and periodic referendums on the same. National interest remains paramount as it is necessary for the security and well-being of all citizens.  This is how democracy works.

More Persons Know More

 We are living through the densest transformative phase of humanity's evolution. Among the myriad of changes happening, one is that each passing moment of these times gets more people to know more and makes them articulate their thoughts better. Information and communication technologies are getting better in terms of efficiency and accessibility, and thus things happen with more finesse and on a larger scale. For instance, translation tools break the barriers of dialogue among different cultures. 

Knowledge no longer remains the exclusive preserve of an elite, who mystified their knowledge and commanded subservience from others and privileges for themselves. Though, the larger population are still oblivious to the powers they have got. The lag happens but is short-lived. We are on the cusp of the unimagined democratisation of life.

Holi

Many people associate Indian festivals with a post-harvest joyous mood, but these are essentially celebrations of Dharma or the values which hold society together in general good.

Holi is a celebration of bhakti or devotedness to the Supreme Being or simply the Being, as Dhamic spirituality does not accept the binary of the Ultimate and the immediate. Holi is a festive remembrance day of the victory of Prahlad's devotion over a demonic regime.

Holi in its form is very earthy. It is the festival of reconnecting with soil, kinfolks and others. It is about bonding and profanities, and in totality, about worldliness. It is a day of a massive pullback from transcendentalism. It is the uniqueness of Dhama that ensures a very happy blend of spirituality and living or ethereal and earthy.

Holi a Sanatani festival thus asserts the democratic spirit of the Indic traditions and living. Bhakti which Holi celebrates denies social hierarchies and the way celebrations take place cements its democratic message. It is a cultural expression of what modern sensibilities see as worldly, democratic and republicanism in place of otherworldly, hierarchic and monarchism respectively.

Holi encompasses happiness and auspiciousness. Holi greetings. No adjective with Holi.

Q for A

Times come when colossal and glaring answers cry for questions to address them and compel people to come out with questions. And some well-accepted answers refuse to be towed by their respective questions. Such times make turning points in history, which make and unmake races depending on the quality of questions they can ensure.

 सत्य क्या है को समझना संभवतः कठिन नहीं है। कठिनाई सत्य को स्वीकार करना है। सत्य को लेकर अधिकतर प्रदत्त ज्ञान उसे नकारने के उपक्रम का आभास देता है।

On Making One Know More

Those who think they know must be helped to know more. For those who may undertake such responsibility, it is nothing but a process of knowing more only. This is a highly complex skill for the reason that those who think they know think also that they need not know more and may be hostile to persons trying to help them. But for one, the conscientious one, this is a duty to help others and learn the skill for the social good. However, those who peddle their positions in the name of discourse may be avoided. Here peacing may be a better choice than efforting.

Humanism and Capitalism

Humanism and capitalism are the two components of the same thing. The collective and mutual agreement on preserving an individual's person, possessions, and legitimate pursuits underlies the humanism and capitalism combination. To an ordinary person, it translates into fulfilment and civility. Kudos to you for sharing this absolute wisdom. The wisdom descended on the European people over millennia of struggles and discourses.
