The fact remains that ideology is unavoidable. Organisations need one, which works as the keel joining their principles and practices.
Wise people detest ideologies as they can see the play of ideologies fostering tyrannies and curbing individual freedoms.Ideologies can be classified as operationalising and reformative on one side and disruptive and reconstructive on the other.
The former is inevitable to the extent required for any organised effort and highly desirable if it works for piecemeal reforms.
It is the latter, which generates a general disdain among careful observers and is avoidable.
